Q21 is an unethical building run by an unethical group. It is neither "luxury" nor "secure". I have been robbed multiple times while living in this building. Each time Q21 would not lift a finger to help. The price point of this building is comparable to others in the area. Don't be fooled by Q21. The building has zero noise insulation.
