After 2 years of living in Miami, I finally found the perfect spot to get a haircut at the Q Studio! Making the appointment was quick and easy, no wait upon arrival, and amazing atmosphere all around. Couldn't be happier! I will definitely be coming back.

Muy decepcionante experiencia. Pagué un depósito de $225 para una cita y, debido a una confusión con la estilista y el cambio de administración del salón, me di cuenta del error justo al momento de la cita. Expliqué la situación inmediatamente, pero aun así decidieron quedarse con el dinero sin haber prestado ningún servicio. Entiendo que existan políticas, pero la falta total de empatía y flexibilidad en una situación claramente confusa dice mucho sobre cómo este negocio trata a sus clientes. Mi visita al salón de belleza Qstudio me ha dejado una gratificante experiencia. Trataron mi cabello con tanta delicadeza que me impresionó. La experta en tintes, después de verificar la condición y estado de mi cabello, me explicó detenidamente cuáles eran las opciones que tenía para la idea que yo le presenté. Ella trabajó en mi cabello con mucha calidad y aprecio. También me depilaron las cejas, ¡¡quedaron perfectas!! y ese fue el toque final de la excelente atención que recibí. ¡¡¡Lo recomiendo!!!
