Think Theranos’ promise, minus the deceit, a business model both thorough and neat. Yet, patience is key, as waits can extend, for lab results to make their amends. But here's the clinch, the real deal sealer, through the portal, this doc's a rapid healer. Speedy responses, a rarity found, setting this practice on higher ground.

After driving an hour to get to my confirmed appointment then spending 20mins looking for parking, I was told that my appointment was cancelled. I did not get a cancellation email nor was the receptionist apologetic. She stated that the schedule was booked and there was no way I could be seen that day and she did not know why my appointment was cancelled. This was highly unprofessional and I will never be back.
