My 3 dogs and cat have been coming here for almost 5 years! Q street staff have always been helpful and compassionate with my animals and their needs. Keep up the good work, you're all awesome! �
Theses guys are amazing we couldn't afford our babies injuries so they have been working with us, they allowed us to space his appointments farther apart and only charge the office visit fees up front and anything else he needs while there billed (whatever we can't afford at the time of visit ) as long as we continued to make ALL of his appointment
Took good care of our cat Gabby when she injured her paw.
I took my dog there on December 9 she is having a hard time breathing they would not take her in and had me go down to the emergency vet down the road by the time I got down there my dog passed away do not take your animals there they are uncaring my dog name was Josie she was my best pal all they would have to do a stabilizer and she may have survived but they wouldn't even try but the time I made it to two blocks down to the other place she had passed away they have not even said one word or even tried to call a friend min... read more
They always take such good care of my babies and get back to me in a timely manner. The staff are always gentle and kind with my babies as well. Love this place
