I brought my cat in for the first time on Monday, to be seen for inflamed eyes. They sent us home with eye drops, pain meds and antibiotics, and the Dr told me his left eye might not heal. Fast forward to today (Thursday) morning, and his left eye looked awful. I brought him in with no appointment, they looked, and confirmed his eye had ruptured. My pets first time with a new vet since moving to OREGON a few months ago. My girl acted happy and seemed relaxed. Trisha, Dr.B and Ruben took great care of her, were calm in their demeanor, and provided options for treatment that made sense and met a variety of budget options. They took time to ask questions and to examine her thoroughly. Best of all, they offer Saturday appointments.
Can't say enough good about Q Street. I take my bitey rat terrier there and she's treated with care, compassion, and skill. I heartily endorse the doctors and staff at Q Street!
We brought in our little dog when she was very sick, they charged us $120 for absolutely nothing!!! They didn't do anything for her, referred us to someone else!!!
