I paid for my weed-eater to be fixed and I never received my money back or my weed-eater. I am open to speaking to someone about this. I would be happy to change my rating, but as of now I don't recommend this service. I last talked to some lady, I'm guessing the owner, who gave me the run-around. This was years ago and I posted a google comment, but I noticed someone else is having issues with their bad business practices. It needs to stop!

My Craftsman riding mower wouldn't start... the motor was binding when I tried to crank it. Patrick immediately diagnosed the problem as the valves being out of adjustment. I was in a hurry, so Patrick recommended the express service. In an hour, they adjusted the valves, sharpened and leveled the blades, performed a complete tune-up (spark plug, oil and filter change, fuel filter, lubed all components, and slimed the tires) and cleaned and adjusted the carb.
