I had been coming to this business for a while and received mostly good services. This last visit was the one from hell. The nail tech just can't do nails and in my opinion, it's not his fault, but the owner's. When I raised my concerns to the owner, he was extremely mean, rude, and even yelled at me, as if he doesn't know that I've spent hundreds, if not thousands of dollars here.
