I'm visiting for the weekend, need an emergency gel manicure and my husband needed a mani for those harsh hands. We were seated immediately. Offered a beverage and they were very attentive in listening to what our specific request were. Enjoyed the visit! Nails are great!
Qnails is hands down the best nail salon and spa in DFW. Kathy, Tracey, Emma, Vivian and the rest of the team goes above and beyond to accommodate you and attend your needs. The quality of their work is impeccable as I'm extremely picky when it comes to my nails. Tracey does an awesome brow wax too!!

Be sure and have an appointment! I've walked in on four separate occasions without one, and was turned away. Once, I stated I wanted a fill and a pedi. They started my pedi and informed me they had no one to "do nails, you can come back for that." I took my feet out of the water and promptly left! I've never known of a nail salon that, without appointments they have no staff to provide the very service reflected in their business name. I've never been back. #foxi nail is my new nail salon. I'm sorry you had a bad experience on your visit. We stick to our appointments so that everyone can receive good service with adequate amount of time. Whoever took you in probably had a misunderstanding about the services you requested. We would never take a client in unless we have staff to perform the services. If you decide to come back, please kindly accept a 10% discount from us.
Such awesome customer service. Clean, comfortable, and really fun people!!! Love you guys! My daughter was so excited to have a mani/pedi, hair, and makeup done for senior prom!! So perfect and beautiful! Great prices too!
