My grandma and I came in for pedicures and a full set. I got short French tips, but the nail technician was very rude. He was really aggressive, saying he was trying to relax my hands, and some of my nail lengths aren't the same. The nail polish was chipping badly as soon as I left.
This is the ONLY nail place that I will go to. They are always very friendly and I can tell they work hard to make sure you get serviced quickly if they are busy. I have had several different techs do my nails and I have never left unhappy. This is also the only place I will get my eyebrows done, the lady that does eyebrows always understands exactly what I want. I love this place! (Edit- 10/15/25) Recently got my nails done by Sunny. She did an absolutely amazing job took her time and make sure everything was perfect!
Bad customer service experience if you are brown or black!
