I asked for a full set of acrylic nails, which was listed at $38. I was then asked what color I wanted which I said what color and then what shape nails I wanted. No one said anything about extra charges or extra amounts until I was going to check out. The owner then argued with me, saying that she told me twice, which she never did.

I can’t seem to post my pictures, but they are overall a 10/10. Today was my 3rd time going and every time I show a picture and they do exactly what I ask. The nail techs are very patient and take their time. It’s never a long wait, if you even have to wait at all. You have to trust the process. Before I had a hard time finding someone to do my nails right. I travel a hour because I know I’m not going to be disappointed. The staff is very friendly, loving, & welcoming. The shop is very relaxing.

Firstly I’d like to mention that I am a picky person and they never fail to exceed my expectations. Whether you’re looking to get your brows waxed or looking for unique nail designs this place is the best! They always do an amazing job and everyone here is extremely talented. I highly recommend q nails you will never leave disappointed. I am obsessed
