Overpriced, low quality work, very poor customer service. Went back the next day to show the boss how bad my gel nails with a "1 month guarantee" looked the day after application. He offered to re do them for free if I came back in 2 and a half hours. I decided not to return when I discovered signs of nail fungus on fingertips for the first time ever. I do not trust that this establishment is sanitary. I'll never return.
The staff was rude and they didn't even massage my daughter feet and the over price for a 8year old to get a pedicure it was 24 dollars I will never go back there mine look good buy the guy who did mine was a jerk no thank u
My daughter and I went there for the first time today. We had an appointment but they triple booked our time slot. They apologized and very efficiently accommodated every customer! Even though they were busy, our wait was a short one and very much worth it. Great attention to detail, outstanding customer service and the BEST pedicure I ever had. My feet feel amazing and I have the cutest toes because of the Q Nail Spa Salon staff in Machesney Park, IL!!!
Very nice place, people are friendly and always happy with my nails
If i could zero stars i would. Horrible 1st experience here!! There may be friendlier or better service than i recieved but come to find out it was the owner who did my nails! Very rude, shitty, fast job on nails, left looking like I needed a filling, nails not the shape i wanted, uneven, the whole nine yards! Would not return even if was free!
