I've been coming to Q nail once a month for over a year, but I guess that stops today. Thanks for nothing, APRIL. Pic is what I asked for vs what I got but the long version is when I noticed my nails weren't to my liking, I asked the tech, APRIL, if there was a way to make the lines on the "checkers" look sharper, and she said no, that the colors blend because they're close together. At the beginning, it was Good until I had to pay charged tip without my consent and paid me back in cash. No apology. And bad customer service.

If I could leave 0 stars I would. My cousin showed up excited to do her nails for prom camp only to be completely ignored for 45 minutes. Not a single worker acknowledged her and kept skipping her and helping other customers instead. What kind of establishment doesn’t acknowledge customers when they walk in or when they see them sitting waiting for so long and skipping her in line. So disappointed! Made a 3pm appointment yesterday for a Pedicure and fill. It was great go in and was immediately directed to a Spa chair. One of the technicians immediately started the pedicure. About a 1/2 hours into the pedicure I asked if someone was going to start my nails? I was told by the gentleman technician yes . Couple of the technicians finished and were assigned to other people who were walked in. At 1/4 to 4 I asked politely again I was told yes someone would be starting my nails right away.
