No service, no human contact, worthless robots. I am new to Q Link. I was approved for LifeLine service on October 18th and was told that in the next few days that my sim would be sent out and I would receive an email with tracking information. Every few days I would try their "Live Chat" and the robot would tell me the same thing "your sim will be mailed in the next few days and you'll receive an email with tracking information".
