Terrible terrible company. I have been using their services for nearly two years and all of a sudden they just stopped my services over night. I called nearly 5 times trying to figure out the issue and somehow this company put restrictions on my cellphone and I can’t use it with no other company. They can even explain to me what has happened to my phone. But they kept asking me to purchase a new phone from them smh. I’m only giving a star because I had to to leave review! This company is a scam!

The worst, Description of complaint: Can't use phone unless I have wifi. Phone freezes up with blood pressure rising frequency. Phone shuts itself off Extremely slow when it is not frozen. I was going to get rid of my internet carrier so I got the tablet through the ACP programme. they said they would give me a tablet with wifi for my ACP plan, they gave me a tablet and no wifi and will not let me return the tablet now im stuck with a worthless tablet that hardly works! The worst part is this used up my ACP eligibility so now im screwed!!!! Do not even mess with this comp they will screw you in one way or another!!!
Qlink Wireless engage in FRAUD. They offered me this tablet for free. I said OK, send it. A week after it arrived they asked for $10. I paid it. I wish I hadn't. Their Scepter 8 tablet is the WORST tablet I've ever owned. It is so slow most of the time that is functionally unusable. I'll be calling them soon to see if I can get a refund.
On 6/22/22 I received a sim and scepter 8 tablet. The tablet came at 100%. I used it for an hour and a half before it died. During that time, any icon I pressed took up to 30 seconds to respond, if it did at all. I could not download any apps without being connected to wifi - in the wifi settings, I could see my network and was able to enter my password. It would switch to "saved" but would not connect. They say unlimited data but cuts your Internet access and try to sale you data.
Their unlimited data is not unlimited. They give you no warning before simply shutting down your data and no explanation later, leaving you to login to your account where you try all their suggestions to "fix data issues" to no effect, wasting hours in the meantime. After buying a new phone FROM THEM 2 months ago, I was alerted I need a new SIM card and oops--my phone wouldn't work any longer and did I want to purchase a new phone?.
