The worst customer service ever! Constantly hung up on. English is a second language here. Have fun being on the phone multiple days and hours. It is so bad that I am changing companies and I have everything free! Pure garbage. The worst ever period.
I've only had my Q-link service roughly 3 weeks. I have received an Email stating I opted out of their free service. I called customer service and it says my lifeline benefits were terminated for applying or switching to a different carrier. I have not switched or applied to switch. The other night I received an email from Q-Link wanting a $10.01 co pay for a tablet. I was clueless about what this was so I logged into my account there and found a tracking number for a tablet that had been delivered to my door more then 5 hours before. I paid for unlimited data 10/6/21 and today 10/12/21 my data quit working. I called and was told that since I used 19g of data, it was excessive use of data . I paid for UNLIMITED. it was over 60$! Other companies I have pumped over 100g of data in a unlimited package. They refused to put a supervisor on the phone and transferred me to another agent who pretended he couldn't hear me, so they could hang up the phone because I was not letting them off the line. I ordered a phone through Q Link, I paid $69.95 it was not a free phone, I have never received the phone. Every single time I call Q Link they say it is nothing they can do about it because it's been shipped, it shows I never received the phone it shows a delay somewhere in Georgia even with all that information they refuse to send me another one or refund my $69.95. I'm giving QLink 1 star because 0 stars is not an option. THIS COMPANY IS THE ABSOLUTE WORST! I needed a new phone as the old one stopped working. Naturally, I attempted to use the website to switch devices (this was at one point the most convenient way to make changes, and I'd done it before, so I figured it would be easy). I'm totally disguised with Q-Link customer service, it's literally non existent. When I call I'm told that representatives are all busy and there's up to a two hour wait time. Then leave your phone number and they'll get back to you within 48 hours but they never call you back. I've been trying to contact them via email for five consecutive months now for help with my Q-Link phone that I can't answer when I get a call but all I get is constant emails telling me it's time for recertification and to send them my qualifying doc... read more
Very uninformed and juvenile customer service. I'm still on hold 2.5 hours.later because the man who took my call was too dumb to look into my problem. Lost service entirely for 24 hours, and a week and a half later, I still have no mobile data. He swears my phone is locked even though I was talking to him on the very phone (on Q-link network) after dialling 611 and it ringing to Q-link. I've been approved for some time now and am trying to move my service from SafeLink to QLink as SafeLink has me paying for service. I've tried over and over to find out when QLink is going to send me a sim so that I can eat rather than buy airtime and yet QLink refuses to answer. I've been trying to get this sim or an answer for over a month. If this is typical of QLink "service" I would warn users to stay away.
