I see a lot of negative comments here… I think these guys r decent actually, and I have never experienced any kind of rudeness… trust me dealing with the public can b an absolute nightmare. So overall I think they’re nice and reasonably honest guys. If anything perhaps they’re overly casual and therefore a little unprofessional. The only negative thing I’ll share in hopes they take it as constructive criticism is I had a receiver in 5yrs ago with a broken binding post.
