I see a lot of negative comments here… I think these guys r decent actually, and I have never experienced any kind of rudeness… trust me dealing with the public can b an absolute nightmare. So overall I think they’re nice and reasonably honest guys. If anything perhaps they’re overly casual and therefore a little unprofessional. The only negative thing I’ll share in hopes they take it as constructive criticism is I had a receiver in 5yrs ago with a broken binding post. Great selection and fair prices, fantastic place to buy records.
Came here to get my scooter charger fixed and he was extremely rude and then followed me out to my car holding some weapon in his hand and then curses at me. I do not recommend going there
I dropped off my aging and nonfunctioning Bryston 3b Amp at Q-Electronic Services a week ago. 1 week later it was repaired and refurbished as promised. Sounds like new! Many thanks!
