I wish I didn't even need to leave one star. These guys have terrible communication skills. They have no common decency or courtesy for anyone else but themselves. You couldn't pay me enough to work with these greedy people.
I originally went to City hall to pay for a license and was referred by Charly to this place to pay. Upon arrival I was greeted by a nasty lady, I believe her name was Denise. Absolutely rude, seemed like she just wanted to take my money and not answer any of my questions. Leaving 1 star because my first experience with this company was just absurd. Good thing I only have to visit once a year.
