Good afternoon Scott Russo. I called your office 2 months ago about my window not working. Every time it's rained in the past 2 months It leaks. Causing the carpet to get damp and now it smells like mold. The floorboard heater is brand new. Both are being damaged. I'm not causing this damage. It's the lack of maintenance Scott Russo.
