I have been a huge fan of Q since they opened. However, something has happened with their team members and customer service over the past year. I waited 6 minutes (with no line) for someone to take my order today and when the girl walked up, she stared at me blankly. Nothing. I said hello. Blank stare. I’ve had coffee and bagels here several times before. I’ve been able to count on good coffee, freshly baked bagels, good service, but the food is rather expensive. Today, after the clerk stated that the bagels were baked fresh overnight, I ordered a single poppyseed bagel with cream cheese—for $5.25! My 20 oz. drip coffee was $3.25. The coffee was very good; the bagel was very old, tough and not at all tasty. Next time I want an old bagel and decent coffee [for less money] I’ll go to Starbucks.

I did add cold foam, extra scoop of matcha, and milk alternative (which should not cost extra, lots of people have dairy allergies) and wanted to add a pump of vanilla. I understand inflation, and how hard things get with keeping business up. Charging $1 f... read more

A bit on the expensive side even for an espresso, matcha, bagel place.
