I made an appointment to have my lash extensions removed and when I showed up for my appointment, the door was locked. I tried calling, but the message said the voicemail box was full (not a good sign). I also tried texting the person who confirmed my appointment. I expected to hear from someone to explain what happened, but heard nothing. Kind of inexcusable in my book.

Q Beauty Lounge2 comes highly recommended. Queenie is an exceptional artist, proficient in all aspects of her craft. She possesses extensive knowledge and took the time to explain each step to me thoroughly. My experience with her doing my lashes and ombré brows was outstanding, yielding excellent results. She truly outdid herself, leaving my lashes feeling comfortable and looking natural.

I really like eyelash extensions here because the eyelash material is soft and durable, and the eyelash extension staff is highly skilled and professional. I will come back next time.
