Owner is crook. Bought a 2015 honda civic with 28,000 miles for 12,500 and put on 3,000 miles put on brand new tires and wanted to upgrade to a larger vehicle and he said he would give me 4k. 8,500 dollar loss for 3000 miles? If that don't say crook.
