Ordered an overpriced watered-down whisky cranberry. Then was falsely accused of being intoxicated because I tripped a little when walking up the stairs to the bar so they cut me off. Mind you, I did not drink before entering the establishment. Staff was incredibly rude when I tried to order my 2nd drink. If you wanna go here, just don’t be both uncoordinated and sober or they’ll take you out back and shoot you
One of the best dive bars in the area.
Shania is the absolute best bartender, she is the biggest reason I come to Pyrates. She has such a welcoming vibe, quick to serve drinks, and even if she’s busy doing something when you walk up to the bar, she greets you and tells you that she’ll be right with you. The bar is clean and has a great vibe, pool tables, and people are chill. They have live music sometimes, and everyone shows out for Halloween.
Went for Midget Mania wrestling. Spot is really tucked in the woods but the vibes were good and the show was great.
Great spot to shoot pool and have a drink. Safe and no drama. The bartenders are great and treat you like family. Really attentive. Frequently have live bands or karaoke. Well-lit parking lot, lots of parking and no "creepers" hanging around.
