He's a great intuitive doctor. Had problems with over billing. Had to fight to try and get it corrected. Alex stated i was "damaging his business" asking for a refund on the overpayment, and refused to take any action or investication. Humana stated "He need to call the provider line and verify his contracted rate to get this corrected" However Alex has taken no action, returned no phone calls to humana or Tivity (the billing agency)

I highly recommend Alex for Acupuncture. He has been awesome ever since I started seeing him over 2 years ago!
