This company stands by their work. I bought my house and they had replaced the roof three years before I bought it. When I had an issue, they were right on it and took care of it. They had the paperwork on the house, and there was no questions, they were very efficient on my concerns

Roofers came early and started the tear off and installation. They finished the same day. All shrubs and surrounding area was tarped and protected. They cleared away all debris. We are pleased with our new roof.
The entire experience was seamless. Justin and his team were punctual, professional and did a phenomenal job. From the time the process started to the completion, Justin provided a thorough explanation of the services and warranty coverage. Tonya in the office was helpful and courteous and very prompt in communications. I consider myself a picky consumer but Pyramid honestly exceeded all my expectations. This team is fast and efficient.
