Installation of our roof completed in early December 2025 was done fast and it looks great. However, SRS Supply who dropped off our shingles tore up our front yard and despite reaching out to SRS 6+ times to repair it, Blake and his team have not made an effort to fix our yard. I have also reached out to pyramid roofing directly and Skylar, who sold us our roof, and no one has gotten back to us. It seems the customer service is not up to par with their roof installers.
Mr. McKenna is first and foremost an ethical, conscientious, pleasant professional. He is meticulously thorough. Mr. McKenna is a master of his craft. He is an exceptional representative, moreover like I stated earlier he’s very ethical. That quality is the driving factor I have decided I am going to have my roof replaced by Pyramid Roofing. Edward Mckinna inspected the, sunroom roof, attick boarding stains and provided full roof replacement quotation financing contract with lifetime limited warranty. Waiting for work schedule.
This team was very punctual and professional when installing a new roof to my home. Dave and his team were able to execute the project and remove all sharp and debris from the grounds before completing the task! I would rate Pyramid Roofing as a top tier Roofing company!!
