Drew Worstell met us on March 26. His explanation of the process was comprehensive and clear. He provided options and gave us pros and cons without trying to push us in any particular direction. He anticipated all of our questions. His manner inspired confidence and trust. Moreover, he was very personable and easy to talk to. Overall, the experience was far superior to our previous encounters with roofing companies.

Very pleased with Pyramid in every way. Following a severe storm, Pyramid responded to cover holes in our roof with a quick temporary fix, then returned a few days later to replace the plywood, felt and cedar shakes we’d lost in the storm. Will B. kept us informed at every step. Great job, guys!
Company was great all around from start to finish. First visit Carlos identified issue. Took a detailed video while on roof to show me so I could see the issue while he explained my options. They had 0% financing for a year to allow me to pay off the work at my own pace without additional charges. The crew that did the work were on time and professional.
