The employee who initially look at the problem never went on the roof to investigate the subjected area , end up charging me $3,100 for a job I didn’t even need, thank goodness for the employee who came out after I reported a leak in the same area, he was vary professional and did an outstanding job to repair the problem.

The manager was very nice and the job was efficient. The manager was very sympathetic when the banging and hammering caused the globe on my light to fall and shatter.
Eric was great. He came out and inspected our issue looking for the leak. He even called apologizing that he was going to be late (10 min). He walked me through all the steps and even let me know what could be unforeseen and what that might cost as well. very respectful and courteous. Thank you and I am looking forward to the job being completed.
