Every bad review of this company is justified. I stayed at a property in California that was supposed to be paid for by my client. The stay was charged to me and it took weeks to get these clowns to take the charge off my card. Never again. Their brands include Hilton, Hyatt, Marriott, and Westin. Nope.
HOTEL OWNERS BEWARE: Do you like to receive emails with 20 people cc’d on them, and no one taking actual accountability or doing real work? Do you like to work with more empty suits here than the eye can see. Do you enjoy passive-aggressive behavior and arrogant keyboard warriors working for you, and condescending to you? Do you want a company that keeps GMs that are arrested for fraud immediately after the company is terminated(this was only discovered after PHG left and got out of the way). We have a contract with them at Berkeley Residence Inn and they are several months late on paying for their invoices, they do not reply to calls, texts or emails
This company puts their greed first and their employess/guests last.
This company had absolutely ruined the Equinox Hotel in Manchester Vermont. It's run down and looks cheap with its lobby furniture. So sad...don't stay at their properties....totally mismanaged!
