You can personally experience simply by staying at a property they manage why they have a 2 star rating... Any hotel owner thinking of handing over their property to this company should talk to the staff who have left institutions where Pyramid Global has taken over the "management".

I recently attended a private event at the Quandrangle Club. Our dining experience was exceptional. The food was delicious and David and his banquet team delivered top notch service with class and elegance.

Yikes - pretty bad management in place at your Sheraton Gateway. Due to understaffing, guests (including myself) had to wait two hours for a room to be available. Arrived at 10pm and the manager Ajay couldn’t keep up. He made the situation 10 times worse by refusing to talk to the line of angry guests. He left the three front desk agents on their own without support. Really poor management, leadership, and guest experience.

Every bad review of this company is justified. I stayed at a property in California that was supposed to be paid for by my client. The stay was charged to me and it took weeks to get these clowns to take the charge off my card. Never again. Their brands include Hilton, Hyatt, Marriott, and Westin. Nope.

HOTEL OWNERS BEWARE: Do you like to receive emails with 20 people cc’d on them, and no one taking actual accountability or doing real work? Do you like to work with more empty suits here than the eye can see. Do you enjoy passive-aggressive behavior and arrogant keyboard warriors working for you, and condescending to you? Do you want a company that keeps GMs that are arrested for fraud immediately after the company is terminated(this was only discovered after PHG left and got out of the way).
