I needed some dental work, and I was asked to go to the front desk so they could tell me what my personal co-pay would be. The receptionist quoted me a rate that ended up being higher than what I was legally obligated to pay according to my dental insurance. My children have been going to Fr Stanley for many years. I started going to him because I wanted to support a black dentist. Although several of the newer dental hygienists were very rough, I still decided to support his business. I just called a few minutes ago to check the status of my children’s appointments and I was told by the receptionist that no appointments were to be scheduled for my children’s due to outstanding balances and no show appointments. I very rarely write this type of review. However after having a VERY negative 2+ yr experience w/ a Hamden Dentist (my ins. change led me to that practice) I feel SO fortunate to have found Dr. Stanley & his Staff. After a few visits, w/ great work done ea. time & a clear explanation on what I need to do, to get 'right' going forward ~ I truly feel there are not enough stars to express the Professionalism, Talent & Teamwork his practice exhibits.
