I train in Franklin, Tennessee, but when my son moved to Memphis area, he started going to Pyramid BJJ. I have visited there a handful of times, and they are top-notch! The training is great. , the hospitality is excellent and the people are great and welcoming. I highly recommend joining or visiting if you’re in the area!

I’ve only been training jiu jitsu for a few months, but I have more than training and new experiences. I have received motivation, seen dedication to the craft unlike I ever expected, and a community of people who are vastly different but brought together by their passions. I’m really glad that Lindsey and Ben finally convinced me to give it a shot. Thankful to be learning by such advanced individuals. 1000/10 💙
