I train in Franklin, Tennessee, but when my son moved to Memphis area, he started going to Pyramid BJJ. I have visited there a handful of times, and they are top-notch! The training is great. , the hospitality is excellent and the people are great and welcoming. I highly recommend joining or visiting if you’re in the area!
Great gym with great coaches! Highly recommend.
Great coaches and atmosphere. The members are great and friendly. Highly recommend training here or cross training if in town. 5 stars all day.
I’ve only been training jiu jitsu for a few months, but I have more than training and new experiences. I have received motivation, seen dedication to the craft unlike I ever expected, and a community of people who are vastly different but brought together by their passions. I’m really glad that Lindsey and Ben finally convinced me to give it a shot. Thankful to be learning by such advanced individuals. 1000/10 💙
