Does anyone know what has happened to Pymble Prestige? I was in contact with Frank for a job in the new year and have not heard back despite giving him parts for repair. Can't seem to get in touch.
Despite my original job Frank and his team did not going as expected, he was professional and courteous enough to contact me and provide a full refund. That says to me it's a business that owns when things don't go quite to plan, and will rectify and provide good service. I appreciate that.
I had my bumber bar repaired there. A month later the paint started to crack and peel. I took it somewhere else and was told this place and had done the cheapest job using inferior products. I then had to pay to get their work undone and the bumper bar fixed properly. Was recommended to go there by Hornsby Mazda. Go figure. Should have been a warning sign when I first walked in.
