I wish I wasn’t writing this review because I’ve been a customer since they were Utah Fire Equipment but things have changed there. I call and call and they never seem to answer the phone. When I did finally speak with someone named Laura she hung up on me. No call back and no follow up. Disappointing.
Please run far and fast from this company. I have switched 5 clients from this company in the last 2 months soon to be 3 more. Worst customer service and even worse response. On hold for over 10 mins when they call. I finally have to hang up.
I had the wonderful experience with Scott he came was very knowledgeable kind and quick. He serviced 20 fire extinguishers fairly quickly. Great company
