Invoicing is subjective and rates are high. $1100 for a 30 min visit to look at one head, on a 7’ ceiling, to tell me to disconnect my fire protection system is steep. They did not drain my system or shut it down for me.
I'm a homeowner who had a fire extinguisher serviced back when this company was under Utah Fire Equipment Co., Inc. (which was owned by Pye-Barker Fire & Safety). They were not very customer friendly back then. Nobody seemed to know how to handle my service request. But it got done in the end, and seemingly well done. But now I've reached out for another service. I couldn't find concrete information on their website so submitted a 'contact us' form asking if they'd service my extinguisher and how much it'd cost. I wish I wasn’t writing this review because I’ve been a customer since they were Utah Fire Equipment but things have changed there. I call and call and they never seem to answer the phone. When I did finally speak with someone named Laura she hung up on me. No call back and no follow up. Disappointing.
Please run far and fast from this company. I have switched 5 clients from this company in the last 2 months soon to be 3 more. Worst customer service and even worse response. On hold for over 10 mins when they call. I finally have to hang up.
I had the wonderful experience with Scott he came was very knowledgeable kind and quick. He serviced 20 fire extinguishers fairly quickly. Great company
