I had a very good and honest service done to the whole system and AC unit by them .It turns out it was only a small problem and was fixed the same day. There is good knowledge about what they are doing and it only took them a short amount of time to get thing in place .when you find honesty and good work , that's when things go well .Thanks again.

Real pleased with the exceptional price,work,prompt repair on our HVAC system. Sarah was so nice to call every time and give me a update when Rusty was on his way and when parts were there at shop and to schedule the repairs. And Rusty is very knowledgeable and a great asset to their business. Pyatt did the repairs at 1/3 of the price that Gentry Service group quoted. I would highly recommend Pyatt HVAC for your heating and cooling repairs and services.

One of their driver came into my lane this morning forcing me off the road damaged the front end on the only vehicle we have.called them they assured me the owner would call me and make it right and still have not heard from them I got no vehicle to pick up my kids in or go to work. They drive by the front of my house everyday doing 50-60 miles a hr and the speed limit is 35 you can hear them zooming down the road im tired of it.
