Letter of good standing??? I feel very offensive when I was asked for this. I came from OCAR association. And because I’m switching broker, that’s why I have to go to Pacific West Association to sign up. The guy asked me a letter of good standing he said that just wanna make sure that I make my payment on time. Hello, I have been doing Realtor for at least almost 10 years.
