I had the pleasure of meeting Sam and I really appreciated how patient he was in listening to all of my questions and concerns. He took the time to hear me out— even let me gush about how great my brokerage and team are haha! It was refreshing to speak with someone so professional, approachable, and attentive. Letter of good standing??? I feel very offensive when I was asked for this. I came from OCAR association. And because I’m switching broker, that’s why I have to go to Pacific West Association to sign up. The guy asked me a letter of good standing he said that just wanna make sure that I make my payment on time. Hello, I have been doing Realtor for at least almost 10 years.
