First episode: In January 2026 I brought my X3 to the collision center because my car got hit, I was not at fault, and I filed a claim to my insurance. When I came to pick up the car later in February after the repair was completed they had lost my car! I waited in the center for about 2 or 3 hours because they could not locate my vehicle. I didn't have an over the top experience, however Ted in collision was a catalyst for this 5-star rating. Sometimes things aren't what you expect but the customer service can always make up for it. Ted is a great at what he does!

Took my car there for a panel repair. It took them a month and a half to do the job. I had to drive a rental for six weeks. When I finally got my car back I went to start it up to go to work and heard a noise I didn’t hear before I took it in. They left the old side mirror in my engine compartment. The bald guy in the front was rude and seemed envious…the lady at the front desk was great and very helpful but the guy I didn’t like at all. I would not take any of my vehicles there anymore.

No idea why online repair estimates would be offered if the collision center just won’t be getting back to you with an estimate by text or call or email. Needless to say, I won’t be getting my car fixed here now or ever

I was in from out of town, and I needed to have my car looked at to be certain the correct part would be ordered from my local dealer. I called from the road, explained what happened and asked if I could stop by in an hour to have it looked at quickly. I spoke with Jaye, who was terrific, and she said to bring it over. When I got there, Jaye and Derrick came out, told me what part to order and were so friendly and helpful. Jaye even turned my car around for me to be able to exit more easily!
