It's a great workout, focusing on things like strength, mobility, and balance. And the workouts are different every time due to the variety of equipment and exercises, so it doesn't get boring. It's also a fun, friendly group - the patrons and the staff, and they're very welcoming. All of the trainers are great and motivating.

I’ve been attending classes for about a year now and not only am I down around 60 pounds since I started, my mobility and balance are both so improved that I see differences in my daily life. Not only that, but both the teachers, staff, and other community members are all so freaking nice.
