I’m always up to trying new workouts and this one is a great one try. The staff is very welcoming and accommodating to the needs of their clients. If you’re in the Murfreesboro or surrounding areas give Jasmine and the other instructors a try🫶
Jasmine is such a great instructor. Love the definition in my shoulders and arms from class. She never takes it easy on us and isn’t that the point? Entire staff is amazing!!!
