I really like this style, it’s different than Pilates/barre and I like the use of weights and resistance bands.
I love Pvolve! Every class is a bit different and not too difficult and the trainers are all great, love the uplifting music and I’m never too sore-makes me excited to come back again!
High quality work out, super clean space, kind and effective instructors, motivating playlists!
Shelby is the best ever! Also my back pain is gone!
I started to come and I didn’t feel singled out and was guided through the whole thing!
