While their initial work I was happy with. I purchase a whole new system with 10 year parts and labor warranty. It's 4 years in an the system is failing to heat properly and they just refused to service it saying they no longer work on roof tops. Pretty much defeats the purpose of any warranty if they are just going to stop servicing it based on the same conditions it was installed under. Unacceptable.
PV Heating and Air is a great company to do business with. Easy to work with, experts at scheduling (which is very customer-centric,), they are timely to get to your place, and quick and efficient in working on the A/C, and heater systems. I would highly recommend PVH&A to anyone looking for an excellent experience.
As always my service experience with PV Heating & Air has been a pleasant one. they keep my system in tip top performance and they are very reliable, they follow up and follow through. Very professional, I'm a happy customer. I highly recommend their service to everyone I know.
