I came in on Black Friday for the sale after being mistreated at LensCrafters. If I could give this place 10 stars, I would! Robert is very helpful, he educated and worked with us through the whole experience. This is the only place I will be purchasing my prescription from in the future.
Both Eye Doctor and staff are top notch. I highly recommend this location! Extremely pleased with my daughter’s very thorough eye exam and “first time wearing contacts” consultation. Very efficient use of time.
RJ is AWESOME when it comes to customer service and going over the top for his customers! Doc and rest of the staff (even the girl up front that makes the calls) are all amazing!
while everyone i interacted with was nice, i want to specifically shout-out and thank travis for his patience. he was very helpful in ensuring i found a good pair of frames for my wants and good lenses for my needs. he went through all the numbers for me, but wasn’t ever pushy about making the sale. he tried to make a personal connection as well beyond the glasses and overall gave excellent customer service. they even cleaned my existing glasses so they look and feel like new.
