The first few times I went to Puzzlers the food was excellent! The last two times have been a great disappointment! I went back the 2nd time thinking the other one had to be a fluke. Both times I had to wait for over 15 minutes for my food despite coming to pick it up a little later than they said. Employees continue to text and talk without asking if you need assistance. They also forgot to put the cole slaw in the bag both times. The fries were also soggy.
