I had 2 people bail on me at the last minute, my brakes and rotors were really bad and I was traveling out of town for work on Monday. It was a Sunday and I was desperate so I went online searching for someone that could do my brakes and rotors on a Sunday. I came across Puzzle Mobile Mechanic, I spoke to Kean and said that he could get to me between 1:30-2pm. Kean was fast and professional. I would recommend him to anyone that needs mobile service. I was super pleased with my service
Called Sunday at 1:40 my car was having trouble starting but I wasn’t sure if it was a dead battery or something more serious. He showed up exactly when he said he would about 3:30 and Quincy diagnosed it as a dead battery. Even pointed out another item in the engine we should get looked at that was showing some wear. Whole process was about 10 minutes and saved me a tow to a mechanic since we only have one car. His business card just went up on the fridge!
Kean said he would be out Saturday morning. He didn't show up until 2pm. After we paid for diagnostics, he said he could do the work Sunday. Granted I understand Sunday was Easter. But that's why I asked if he would be available. He confirmed twice he would. Sunday after picking up the parts. I texted and called him multiple times. He never replied to a text, never answered calls or called back. Again, I get it was Easter. He is am amazing mechanic very helpful and patient I had a problem with my car by the road side and it could not start he fixed and my was fine to take my back to my destination
This person charged me a hundred dollars and did not do anything to diagnose my vehicle
