I just bought a new Subaru Impreza here before the New Year and I absolutely love my car. I had a great experience at Subaru of Puyallup. All the staff were friendly, there was absolutely no stress, and our Subaru consultant (Dave W.) was very knowledgable and helpful . On top of that, Subaru donated $250 to a charity of my choice. This dealership is not like any other and I plan to buy all future vehicles from them. Thanks!

Everyone from the top down at Puyallup Subaru are top notch. I have bought my second brand new outback and other dealerships need to learn from these folks. Great experience, awesome staff!! We had been looking into getting a new car, as our old one was rapidly approaching its final days. We had been to a Subaru dealership on the east side so we had an idea of what we wanted. Outstanding customer service. Brian Walker and Ryan Forstrom are awesome to work with! They treated my like I was royalty. Thanks to their superior customer service, I will be buying me next car here. This was my first Subaru purchase and because of the customer service I have received from Subaru of Puyallup, I refuse to buy any other brand from here on out. So if you're looking to buy a new car, look no further, because it would be foolish not to buy from Subaru of Puyallup.

Started car shopping at Subaru of Puyallup, liked both cars that I test drove there. The car dealer, Kevin Fordham, was patient and understanding when we stated we needed to test drive other cars elsewhere, just to be sure on which car to settle on. Once we settled on a Subaru, Kevin was knowledgeable and stayed late until the deal was settled financially, and even after that he stayed to explain all the features on the car we had purchased.

The team (Rick, Shelly, and Mike) at Subaru of Puyallup made our car buying experience effortless and painless. After looking around and dealing with the hassle of the usual back and forth negotiations, it was wonderful to go in and actually buy a car without having the usual rigmarole. Rick even stayed late to make sure I knew all the functions of our new vehicle. I will be recommending Subaru of Puyallup to everyone I know who wants to buy a new vehicle.
