Bait and switch seems to be occurring. Our deposit down and patiently waited now 5 minutes before you close you call and said I have to have a different brand? The install is Monday morning and today is Friday!What kind of crappy shady business are you running???

Originally several years ago Puyallup Heating and Air conditioning replaced our furnace and heat pump and did a great job. The main guy answered all my questions and made sure I was happy with the service.I called again to have routine maintenance and again they gave me great and prompt service. We appreciate Jason at Puyallup Heating & Air Conditioning. Our problem required multiple visits to solve but they provided immediate responses and service until they fixed our system. Jason is extremely knowledgeable and provided excellent customer service. We had actually called Dicks first as we had never needed help with our system. Total waste of money as they literally looked at furnace and told us it was fine, obviously clueless.

replacing the heating element on an electric furnace did a good job on time and shared a way to save money and make it more efficient for a landlord using a 4-in filter

This is the best heating & ac company I have ever used! I bought a new furnace and air conditioner from them a few years ago and every time they come to service my equipment I am more impressed with their company. Their service tech Gary is amazing and extremely knowledgeable! I highly recommend them!
These guys are awesome!!! They come the same day you call them if you have an emergency! They are always on time and very reliable. They don’t try to make you buy something you don’t need. We use them for all 3 of our properties here for service. I’m also a realtor and recommend them to my clients who need servicing.
