You simply cannot go to downtown Portsmouth without popping into this store! I could spend hours in there looking at all of the beautiful and unusual things. On my recent visit, I discovered the new umbrellas from Paris - each one truly gorgeous and there was no way I could leave without one. I chose the signature Jean Paul Gaultier in cream and navy. Love it. Unusual, quality and STYLE are what this store is all about. Do yourself the favor of the experience.

Wore a beautiful piece of clothing I bought on Saturday, so trendy and received lots of compliments.
I saw an expensive wallet in the store a year ago. Too expensive. Didn't buy it. Bought a $12 wallet at tj max, it was a dumb purchase. Thought about the wallet at puttin on the glitz, looked for something like it all year. Found nothing like it. Regretted not getting it. Made it back to Portsmouth and went back to the store... Puttin On The Glitz is my favorite shop in Portsmouth. They have the most beautiful and unique jewelry with a great option to put it on layaway so you can save up- I just invested in my first nice piece of jewelry I bought for myself thanks to that option! The owner is also so accommodating and one of the most genuine people I have come across, thanks for a great experience!
