They took me in right on time, things went so smooth, I almost fell asleep in the chair.
Great staff, hygienist took her time and did a great job . Dr. Grams was kind and thorough. Highly recommended!
I've been going to this practice since I was a child but grams has really changed procedures. They seem to be committing fraud, as all of a sudden my diagnosis changed and insurance codes were put in the system differently. I now own $120 of which I've never been charged before. Make it make sense, same cleaning, same time, no extra procedures. I do only what insurance allows cause why would I pay to see the dentist.
