My son gashed his leg open and we were far from home so Putnam was the closest hospital. Dr. Black and the nurses were very thorough and made my son feel safe. The only issues is checking in/checking out. It was very time consuming & not as organized as it should be.
My care was fine but the lady in registration was incredibly rude to me over a misunderstanding
I've never had a whole lot of problems here. There was an incident with one doctor in particular that made me want to sue somebody or beat the crap out of him but other than that I have always had prompt care and correct care and they have addressed my concerns with thoroughness and patience.
Got in and got out was impressed with the night shift
I will never go there again,even if I'm hit by a car in front of the place! I was in ICU observation from Friday to Monday,I think prisons have better beds!my arms look like I let a blind man draw blood and my whole arm hurts where iv was!the ICU nurses were nice and that's about the best I can say!I can't believe this is the best Putnam county has to offer
