We have used this vet for 10 years, and it was not until it was sold that we decided to never go back. I would never recommend them to anyone. We had an older dog that had become very sick. We ran tests and the Dr said all the tests were fine and he had no clue what was wrong. When we went to visit he refused to check our dogs stomach to feel what might be wrong. Does this provider offer flexible appointment times? Yes Were the waiting room chairs comfortable at this animal hospital? Yes Was this veterinarian able to perform all basic as well as complicated procedures? Yes, I've never had to take my pets anywhere else Did you feel that this veterinarian's pricing was fair? Yes, I thought it was fair Did this veterinarian seem overwhelmed with too many pets? Not at all, they are always so organized here with making sure the vet is never too overwhelmed to ensure the best service

Does this provider promptly return your phone calls? Yes Was this veterinarian able to perform all basic as well as complicated procedures? Absolutely! They handle everything from annual shots to complicated illnesses, with competence and loving care Did this veterinarian answer all of your questions? Every question I had was answered thoroughly Does this provider have helpful information available online? No, just a basic listings page Are you going to visit this provider again? Without a doubt!

Its so nice to go to a clinic and always get the same Vet. Dr. Dulong knows my dog and treats us like family.

Dr. Dulong is a caring professional who takes the time to see each pet and hear out its owner. He and his entire staff treat clients like friends and treat the pets like family.

No, they didn't make me feel uncomfortable Did this provider rush your appointment? No, I was able to ask as many questions as I wanted Does this provider welcome questions? Absolutely!
