Eduardo completed a job on our main bathroom. He and his crew were professional, came at the dates and times he promised and did excellent work! They also worked with glass tile which apparently is more delicate than other types. He did an excellent job. I would use him again in a heartbeat!
I "hired" Edson to tile my garage. After months of waiting for the tile to come in (which i paid for in full), Edson sprang it on me that he wanted 33% payment in advance or he wouldn't do the job. I understand payment up front when the contractor has to lay out for materials but this was not the case. Having been burned before by a contractor who took my money and ran, i told him i would give him 15% at the end of his work on day one, with the remainder of the payment when the work was completed.
