I have been a patient since 2010 and have no problems with having to wait for my appt. Dr.Pittman has been the only doctor that has been able to treat my pain from CRPS/RSD and get excellent results with just a medication to where I no longer need pain medication!! Dr. Pittman has literally saved my life by finding a 10 year old heart attack I had and sent me to the best Cardiologist for treatment and I am still here! Dr Pittman is awesome talks to me straight like a father figure I love the atmosphere and being transgender I am fully accepted there.
Yes I have long waits sometimes, but you just learn what times are best to book your appts. Love both Pittman and Jere. They truly care and don't stop until you get the correct diagnosis and correct meds!!!
Every time we need referrals they forget, I have to call. I have only gotten a live person once when I call. Both times for referrals I have had to call and make contact to get anything done. This last time one lady threw her coworker under the bus, said she forgot to send in the referral. I have even had to physically go in to get things done because no one likes to return calls. I am completely dissatisfied with the service provided, and I have been a patient for many years.
Used to be a great office, I loved working with DR Pittman and Jerry but i am forced to find a new doctor because they cannot get their billing straight.
I can't say more then I have always been treated with respect & got out standing Treatment from my doctor. Very caring Staff and if your appointment is at 2:00pm Your see at 2:01pm Amazing please...
