At one time they were a good office but for the last 3 year's, they have messed up the i surance billing and coding for every appointment. They refused do speak to my insurance, return phone calls, or correct any if their coding. i stead of correcting things with insurance companies, they use collection companies to collect bills. They are a pill mill and scam artist. My new doctor has taken me off half the medication they prescribed and I feel better.
My wife was there she likes people and the service we are use to waiting no problem thanks to all
Everytime my son has an appointment we end up waiting for hours!!!! First appoint took us 4 hours from start to finish! And the next appointments didn't get any better... I don't recommend this place if u are in anyway impatient..
Typically takes anywhere from 2-3 hours to get in and out.
I am currently looking for another doctor. I have to fill out this stupid tablet every time I come in and then wait forever to be seen. You'd think right after lunch there wouldn't be a wait. Wrong. Then they want to charge you for you if you are late and they are always late. Probably should reevaluate the check in progress.
I have been thru alot for a very long time and jere claunch has been so caring to help me with managing my pain from my back surgeries I'm very pleased with their care!!!
I have been a patient there for several years, but my last visit is my last appointment, l waited 2 hours in the waiting room. And to not get an apology really hurt my feelings, so I'm saying Goodbye really going to miss my doctor, Dr Jere he is a good one
